    Power Platform Developer - Full Stack ¦ Remote-first flexibility!

    We’re looking for a Power Platform Developer - Full Stack to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role suits someone comfortable working across low-code and pro-code in a Microsoft-focused delivery environment.


    Skills and Experience

    Strong experience with Power Apps, particularly Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse and Power Automate is essential, along with solid data modelling skills and an understanding of managed and unmanaged solutions.

    Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 services, Dynamics 365 and Azure services such as Azure Functions or Logic Apps is desirable. Front-end skills using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, HTML and CSS are beneficial, as is experience with PCF controls, C#, PowerShell and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

    Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or PL-600 are advantageous, along with experience in a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment. Exposure to Copilot Studio or AI Builder is a bonus.
    You’ll be a collaborative problem-solver, able to communicate technical concepts clearly and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.


    Responsibilities

    • Design, build and support Model-Driven Power Apps using Dataverse
    • Develop and maintain complex Power Automate flows, including approvals, integrations and error handling
    • Create robust data models and business logic across Dataverse and integrated systems
    • Contribute to solution architecture, environment strategy and Power Platform ALM
    • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Azure services where required
    • Collaborate with architects, consultants and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
    • Support deployments, releases and ongoing improvements across Dev, Test and Production environments
    • Ensure solutions meet quality standards for security, performance and maintainability

    Business Development Manager – Microsoft (Modern Workplace, Azure, Cyber Security, Sales, MSP) – Uncapped Commission Full Remote Flexibility
     
    A Business Development Manager (Modern Workplace, Azure, Cyber Security, Sales, MSP) is required by a fast-growing Microsoft Partner with an established reputation for delivering Modern Workplace, Azure, and Cyber Security solutions to SME and mid-market clients across the UK. You’ll join a consultancy that backs its salespeople with strong delivery teams and proven service frameworks – giving you the tools to close deals and earn big.
     
    To be considered, you’ll need:
    • Proven experience in new business sales within the Microsoft ecosystem – Modern Workplace, Azure, and Cyber Security.
    • A track record of selling Professional Services (£15k ) and Managed Services (£3k/month ) to 50 – 1,000 user organisations.
    • Strong skills in generating your own leads, qualifying inbound leads, and closing net new business.
    • A hunter mentality with end-to-end sales ownership.
    • Experience working with IT consultancies or MSPs (highly advantageous).
     
    You’ll be fully remote (UK-based), with occasional customer visits (2 weeks per quarter). Day-to-day, you’ll be prospecting cold and warm leads, running discovery calls, qualifying inbound interest, managing a pipeline, and closing deals across Professional and Managed Services. You’ll also be reporting into senior leadership with sales updates and metrics.
     
    This is a role built for ambitious, motivated sellers – with uncapped commission, realistic OTE of £120k , and accelerators for overachievement. You'll be selling high-demand Microsoft services with full support from delivery teams, and there's clear progression into Sales Leadership or Enterprise Sales as you grow.
     
    Day-to-day responsibilities include:
    • Cold and warm prospecting to generate new business.
    • Running discovery sessions and qualifying inbound leads.
    • Managing a dynamic sales pipeline with full ownership from lead to close.
    • Closing deals across both Professional Services and Managed Services.
    • Regular reporting on sales performance and forecasts.
     
    Role selling points:
    • OTE of £120k with uncapped commission.
    • 100% remote working – work from anywhere in the UK.

    This is a full-time, onsite role (Monday to Friday, 9-5) based in NE1 postcode. Inside IR35, paid via umbrella, £180 per day.

    Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support (SCCM, Intune, Windows 10, Windows 11, Finance)
     – you must have:
    • Proven 2nd Line Desktop Support experience in a professional environment
    • Strong hands-on experience with SCCM and/or Intune for imaging and building of laptops and desktops
    • Solid support skills with Windows 10 and Windows 11
    • Experience supporting VIPs and executive-level users / white glove
    • Previous financial services or trading floor support experience is essential
    This is a Desktop Engineer / 2nd Line Support (Windows 10, Windows 11, M365, Intune - Finance) contract focused on device deployment and VIP user support. You’ll be imaging laptops using SCCM or Intune, configuring devices for end users, and providing in-person support in the tech bar or on the trading floor.
