    A D365 / Power Platform Project Manager (D365 Project Manager, Power Platform PM, Dynamics 365, Digital Transformation, Agile Project Manager) is required by a Microsoft Solutions Partner delivering high-impact Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects across sectors including Charity, Education, Financial Services, and Healthcare. Recently award-winning, they’re a consultancy known for agility, innovation, and a low-ego, delivery-first culture.
     
    You must have:
    • Experience managing multiple D365 or Power Platform projects at once
    • Delivered projects from 15–300 days in scope
    • Worked across both commercial and not-for-profit sectors
    • Used Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
    • Client facing project management and delivery experience 
     
    You’ll get a solid handover, strong internal support, and the autonomy to run projects your way. Agile working is the norm – remote-first with just one visit to the office per quarter (more on offer if you're local).
     
    You'll report to the Operations Director, working alongside two other Project Managers. You'll run multiple Dynamics 365 & Power Platform transformation projects, plan and manage resources, own delivery timelines and budgets, and act as the main contact for clients. Projects are a mix of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other cloud technologies.

    We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Power Platform Business Development Representative to join our London-based team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for growth, where you’ll be responsible for driving new business sales and developing relationships.

    About the Role:
    As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive outreach campaigns, and establish relationships with healthcare providers across the UK. You’ll engage with people through hosting and attending events, LinkedIn, email, and phone. This role is perfect for someone with 2-3 years business development experience and an understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and looking to join a growing Microsoft Partner with a growing sales team with lots of potential to progress.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Identify potential leads and engage with them to build strong relationships.
    - Use LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other methods to proactively reach out to prospects.
    - Host and follow up with attendees to secure follow-up appointments and build a solid pipeline.
    - Work alongside the accounts and marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies.

    - 2-3 years of sales experience (ideal for someone with junior sales experience who is eager to step up).

    An IT Support Engineer (Azure, Networking, Security) is required by a leading Managed Service Provider. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, customer-focused team with clear career progression into professional services and project teams. The company offers strong Azure training, including support for AZ-900/AZ-104 certifications, and hybrid/remote flexibility for top talent.

    What You Need:
    • Level 2 IT Support – Must have progressed from L1 to L2 support.
    • Azure Troubleshooting & Investigation – Strong hands-on experience resolving Azure-related technical issues.
    • Microsoft Services Expertise – Broad experience in networking, security, and infrastructure.
    • Certifications (Preferred, Not Mandatory) – AZ-104 (preferred) or AZ-900 (ideally).
    • MSP Experience – Strong preference for candidates with a background in a customer-facing Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
    The Role:
    You’ll handle both Level 1 and Level 2 support calls, proactively investigating and troubleshooting Azure, network, and security issues. Working in a fast-paced, customer-facing MSP environment, you’ll take ownership of technical problems, ensuring efficient resolutions rather than just escalating issues. A problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills are essential.
