    We’re looking for a Junior IT Project Manager to join a growing technology team and take ownership of delivering a range of IT projects.
     
    This is an ideal opportunity for an IT Project Manager, Junior Project Manager or IT Project Coordinator with 1–2+ years’ experience managing or coordinating IT projects, who is ready to develop their career and take on greater responsibility.
     
    The Role
     
    You’ll work closely with technical teams, clients, suppliers and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.
    Key responsibilities include:
     
    • Managing and coordinating IT projects from initiation through to delivery.
    • Maintaining project plans, schedules, RAID logs and project documentation.
    • Coordinating technical teams, stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
    • Tracking risks, issues, dependencies, actions and project milestones.
    • Preparing project updates and reports for stakeholders.
    • Supporting requirements gathering, change management, testing and implementation.
    • Ensuring effective project governance and communication throughout delivery.
     
    About You
     
    We’re looking for someone who has:
    • 1–2+ years’ experience in IT project management or project coordination.
    • Experience working on technology or IT projects.
    • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
    • Experience with project plans, RAID logs and project reporting.
    • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • A proactive, structured approach to problem solving.
    • Exposure to Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies.

    We're looking for an experienced SharePoint Consultant to help organisations design and deliver Microsoft-based solutions that drive digital transformation.

    You'll work closely with customers to understand business requirements, lead discovery workshops, shape solution designs, and support delivery across enterprise Microsoft environments. This role focuses primarily on SharePoint and Records Management with opportunities to contribute to both project delivery and pre-sales engagements.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead discovery workshops and gather business requirements.
    • Design scalable Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions.
    • Support SharePoint and file migration projects, information architecture and governance.

    Skills & Experience

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Purview and Azure (desirable)
    • Strong business analysis, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
    • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
    • Microsoft Copilot knowledge is advantageous.

    We’re looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Developer to design and deliver secure, scalable Microsoft 365, Azure and AI solutions.

    You’ll work across SharePoint Online, SPFx, Microsoft Graph, Azure and AI technologies, turning complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. You’ll also have opportunities to mentor colleagues, share knowledge and contribute to the development of modern cloud and AI capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Design and deliver production-ready Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure and AI solutions.
    • Develop secure cloud solutions using Azure, Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices.
    • Build integrations and automation using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIs and managed identities.

    About You
    You’ll have strong hands-on experience across SharePoint Online development and Microsoft cloud technologies, including:
    • Expert TypeScript and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) skills.
    • Strong Microsoft Graph API, PnP Core, PnP PowerShell and SharePoint development experience.
    • In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Search and Term Store.
    • Strong PowerShell skills for administration, automation and migration.
    • Experience with Azure PaaS, including Azure Functions, Storage, Logic Apps, APIs and managed identities.
    • Experience developing with C# and .NET Core.
    • Experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry or similar AI development platforms.
    • Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform and/or Bicep.
    • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitHub, source control and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience working in Agile environments, including estimation and technical delivery.

    A Microsoft Teams Voice Consultant (Teams Phone, AudioCodes, Direct Routing) is required to lead a 10,000+ user enterprise voice transformation for a household-name client. This is a fully remote UK contract, initially 6 months with a strong chance of extending to 9 months.

    You will need:
    • Strong Microsoft Teams Voice / Teams Phone deployment experience at 10,000+ user scale.
    • Hands-on AudioCodes Modern Media Pack experience – essential.
    • Strong Direct Routing, PSTN integration and SBC experience.
    • Experience leading enterprise voice migrations from Skype for Business, Cisco, Avaya or traditional PBX platforms to Microsoft Teams Voice.
    • Current SC Clearance and UK Citizenship – essential and non-negotiable.
    As the Microsoft Teams Voice Consultant, you will lead the voice workstream rather than simply being part of a deployment team. You will own delivery and have the opportunity to contribute to design, while gaining further experience across a major international Teams Phone transformation.

    You will deploy Microsoft Teams Voice / Teams Phone across a complex, multi-country estate, using AudioCodes Modern Media Pack for PSTN integration and Direct Routing. You will work directly with the client, lead delivery and contribute to solution design where required.

    The opportunity gives you:
    • Ownership of a 10,000+ user Microsoft Teams Voice transformation.
    • International Teams Phone deployment experience.
    • A client-facing lead role with design exposure.
    • Further AudioCodes and Direct Routing experience at enterprise scale.
    • Fully remote UK working, £600/day Inside IR35, 6 months initially with a likely extension to 9 months.
