Will is the self-proclaimed "UK's Best Known Microsoft Recruiter'.  He is careful not to say "the UK's Best Microsoft Recruiter' on account of his immodest modesty but hopes that is what people will hear when he says it.

He is an author and speaker, having written the Amazon #1 bestseller "Evolve or Die: The New Rules for Your IT Career" (click here) which did very well when it was free, but not so much now people have to pay for it. He is also MS Talent's Head Chef: when he isn't cooking for his team, you'll find him in a forest with his spaniel contemplating better ways to recruit.
